• Temperature is 100 or higher.
• Child has vomited during the last 24 hours.
• Child has just been started on antibiotics (allow 24 hrs for medication to kick in).
• Your child will be sent home with any of the above illness so PLEASE make sure your emergency card information is up to date and have a local contact person if possible to pick up your child in the event you can not!!

** All medication (including cough drops and other over the counter medications) must be kept in the clinic with a medication permission form on file. Permission forms are in the clinic.

*** Students may drop off medication and completed permission form to the clinic FIRST thing in the morning. Students ARE NOT permitted to carry medications in school (which includes backpacks, purses, and lockers).

**** Parents must drop off all prescription and controlled medications (i.e. Ritalin, Concerta) to the clinic. This is to insure the safety of all the kids! Thanks for your cooperation!
